By registering at HellSpin you accept the rules below, which govern account access, wagering, payments and the resolution of any dispute. Read them before you deposit; continued use after an update signals acceptance of the revised version.
Registration, eligibility and verification
One account per person, household, IP address and payment instrument. You confirm on registration that you are of legal gambling age where you live, that you act on your own behalf, and that participation is not prohibited by the law of your jurisdiction. Responsibility for establishing that legality rests with you, not with HellSpin.
Registration details must be accurate and kept current. We reserve the right to suspend wagering and withhold settlement until documents confirming identity, address, age and the ownership of a payment method have been supplied and checked.
Credentials are personal. Any activity conducted through your login is treated as your own, so notify support immediately if you suspect the account has been compromised. Accounts opened with false particulars, or in the name of a third party, are closed and any winnings arising from them are forfeited.
Deposits, withdrawals and balances
Funds must originate from an account held in your own name. Withdrawals are normally returned along the route used to deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering practice, and minimum and maximum amounts per method are published in the cashier.
Processing begins once verification is complete and typically concludes within one to three business days, with settlement timing thereafter dependent on your bank or wallet provider. Pending withdrawals can be reversed back into your balance only where the cashier offers that option and the request has not yet been dispatched.
Balances held at HellSpin are not deposits, attract no interest and are not covered by any depositor protection scheme. An account with no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be classified dormant and subject to an administration charge disclosed in the cashier.
Promotions, bonuses and fair play
Every promotion carries its own terms covering qualifying deposit, wagering multiple, maximum stake while a bonus is active, game weighting, expiry window and any cap on convertible winnings. Where the specific offer terms and this page diverge, the offer terms apply to that promotion.
Practices designed to extract value without genuine risk are prohibited. These include low-risk or hedged betting patterns while a bonus is live, coordinated play between linked accounts, exceeding the declared maximum stake and exploiting a pricing or software error.
Where abuse is established HellSpin may void the bonus and associated winnings, return the original deposit and restrict future promotional eligibility. Malfunction voids all plays and pays: if a game or the platform misbehaves, the round is settled according to the provider's transaction log rather than the figure shown on screen.
Availability, liability and conduct
Access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, connectivity failures or changes in regulation, and specific titles may be withdrawn in specific territories without notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent the law permits, HellSpin is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss arising from your own device or connection, or for gambling losses incurred through normal play. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
Abusive language toward staff or other players, attempts to interfere with the platform, use of automated software to place wagers and the circumvention of geographic restrictions all constitute grounds for immediate closure of the account.
Complaints, amendments and governing rules
Raise a complaint first with our support desk, which acknowledges within twenty-four hours and aims to conclude within eight working days. Escalation to a manager is available if the outcome does not satisfy you, and a written final position is issued on request.
If the matter remains unresolved you may refer it to the relevant licensing authority named on this site. Records of the disputed transactions, timestamps and correspondence should accompany any referral.
HellSpin may amend these terms to reflect legal, regulatory or operational change. The revision date at the head of the page indicates the current version, and significant amendments are notified by email or by an on-site message before they come into force. The terms are governed by the law of the licensing jurisdiction and were drafted in English; translated versions are provided for convenience and the English text prevails in the event of inconsistency.
